By using SkillRebuild.com or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
Upon successful payment you receive lifetime access to purchased courses including future updates. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate — we will provide 90 days notice and downloadable content if we ever cease operations.
Complete the first three modules within 30 days of purchase. Email refunds@skillrebuild.com with your order confirmation. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days. One refund per course per customer.
All course content is the intellectual property of SkillRebuild. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence. You may not share, sell, or redistribute course content.
You agree not to:
(a) Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account;
(b) Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, or otherwise make available any course content to third parties;
(c) Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or download course content;
(d) Record, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce audio or text lessons for distribution;
(e) Use course content to create competing products or services. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. SkillRebuild does not store your credit card details. Prices are listed in US dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges. By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.
SkillRebuild courses are educational materials. We make no guarantee of employment, career changes, or specific income levels. Results depend entirely on individual effort, local market conditions, and factors outside our control. All courses are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Several SkillRebuild courses involve real-world, hands-on skills including but not limited to: home repair (electrical work, plumbing, use of power tools, working at height), cooking (use of knives, open flames, hot surfaces), car maintenance (automotive fluids, jacking vehicles, working near moving parts), gardening (use of sharp tools, pesticides, physical exertion), sewing (needles, scissors, sewing machines), and outdoor survival (fire-starting, navigation in wilderness, exposure to weather and wildlife).
SkillRebuild provides educational content only. Our courses do not constitute professional instruction, trade certification, or licensure for any regulated activity. You assume all risk of personal injury, property damage, or other harm arising from your application of course content. Always use appropriate safety equipment, follow local building codes and regulations, and consult a qualified professional before undertaking any activity beyond your skill level.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you undertake all practical activities at your own risk and release SkillRebuild, its officers, employees, and contractors from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of course content.
Some courses include an AI-powered course assistant. This assistant provides general educational guidance and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or trade advice. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. SkillRebuild is not liable for any actions taken based on AI assistant responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillRebuild and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to SkillRebuild in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkillRebuild, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any injury, loss, or damage arising from your application of course content. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction where this arbitration clause is unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in your country of residence.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where overridden by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
